Description: Experienced licensed falconer looking to acquire a Eurasian Eagle Owl to add to my educational programs. I am looking to get a 2010 baby EEO I can imprint myself for use in these programs. Either sex ok. Will consider an older bird if a downy doesn't become available.
I know allot of falconers/raptor breeders are also reptile people. I do allot of breeding with high end, designer mutation reticulated pythons. With the economy being what it is I prefer to trade where I can. I am looking to trade high end hatchling retics for a baby EEO. Description: Note, I do not have current license. I have been out of falconry for years due to where I lived. However, I now own a nice yard and plenty of room for a mews. I am in the proess of getting my general (or failing that apprentice) license renewed. I'll leave that to fish and wildlife. Here's the thing. In suburbia, there is not suffecient space to hunt a falcon or redtail. However, if someone has a kestrel they have out grown, one that will chase sparrows and such as well as lures, I can offer it a very good home in about 3 months or whenever the permit comes through. Let me know if you are in a situation where you are looking for a good home for your bird, and once I have license in hand, I will be willing to pickup or pay for shipping.
